Terms of Use

Last updated: June 7, 2026

Welcome to Live Music Jukebox (the “Service”), a song-request platform for live musicians and their audiences. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service is in development

Live Music Jukebox is in active development and currently offered in a limited beta. It is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, break, or be unavailable, and data may occasionally be lost. Please don't rely on it as your only record of anything important.

2. Accounts

Artist accounts are currently available by invitation/beta access. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your password secure, and that you are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement in your jurisdiction (and at least 13). Fans can take part without an account.

3. Your content

Artists are responsible for the content they add — song catalogs, profile details, messages, and payment/tip links. Fans are responsible for the names, requests, votes, and suggestions they submit. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable, and not to upload anything you don't have the right to share. We may remove content or suspend access if we believe these Terms have been violated.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the Service: no spamming requests or the waitlist, no attempts to probe, scrape, overload, or break the security of the Service, no impersonation, and no interfering with other people's use of it.

5. Tips and payments

Any tipping happens through the artist's own external payment links (for example Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal). Live Music Jukebox does not process payments and is not a party to, and is not responsible for, transactions between fans and artists. Those payment services have their own terms.

6. Disclaimer & limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind, and Live Music Jukebox is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above will change when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. We may suspend or end access to the Service at any time, especially during beta.
