Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Artist accounts. Your email and password (handled by our authentication provider), plus the profile details you choose to add — display name, bio, genre, photo, links, and theme.
• Catalog & gig data. The songs, events, and messages you create to run your shows.
• Beta waitlist. If you ask to be notified, the email address you submit.
• Fan activity.Fans don't need an account. We store an optional display name and the requests, votes, and suggestions they submit at a gig, tied to an anonymous session ID kept in the fan's browser.
• Technical data. Our hosting and database providers process standard information such as IP address and device/browser details to operate and secure the Service.

How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service (run gigs, show the live queue, manage catalogs), to contact you about beta access or support, and to keep the Service secure and working. We do not sell your data.

Cookies & local storage

We use a sign-in session cookie so artists stay logged in, and we store an anonymous session ID in a fan's browser so their requests can be grouped during a gig. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Who processes your data

We rely on Supabase (database and authentication) and Vercel (hosting), which process data on our behalf. Note that some information is public by design: an artist's public page, and the song requests and queue shown at a gig, are visible to others taking part in that gig.

Tips & payments

Tipping happens through artists' own external payment links. We don't collect or store payment card details; those services handle that under their own policies.

Your choices

You can ask us to access or delete your data, or remove yourself from the beta waitlist, by emailing support@livemusicjukebox.com.

Children

The Service isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their personal information.
